§ 9-40.2. Skateboards and skates.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or use a skateboard, skates, in-line skates or other similar device upon any street within the town or upon any sidewalk or other public property adjacent to Mill Street, South Street, Park Street, North Street, Pine Street, Pearl Street, Church Street or East Street. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any area which is posted as being designated for such use or to the use of any rolling device by a disabled person.
