§ 8-44. Form of summons; defects.

Latest version.

No objections to the form of any summons or complaint shall be considered by the municipal court because of any defect unless such objection was made by the defendant prior to trial of the case on its merits, but trial of the case on its merits shall not waive any objections theretofore made.
