§ 8-8. Court costs.

The municipal judge is empowered in his discretion to assess court costs which shall not exceed $10.00 for any defendant who pleads guilty or nolo contendere or who enters into a plea agreement of any type prior to trial and which shall not exceed $20.00 for any defendant who, after trial, is found guilty of the violation of any provision of this Code or of the ordinances of the town.
