§ 5-32. General license requirements.

Latest version.

All CATV licenses in the town shall meet the following general requirements:
(1)

The license shall be nonexclusive.

(2)

The term of the license shall not exceed 15 years.

(3)

Adequate liability and property damage insurance and workmen's compensation coverage shall be provided by the licensee.

(4)

The licensee shall be required to provide security such as performance bonds or letters of credit necessary to adequately protect the residents of the town and insure full performance.

(5)

The town shall reserve the right in the granting of all CATV licenses to revoke the license for failure to fully and promptly comply with all the conditions of the license.
