§ 4-155. Penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined the sum of not more than the amount set forth in section 1-5 of this Code or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment for each such violation. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
