§ 4-101. Adoption.

The International Energy Conservation Code, 2009 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20001, is hereby adopted by reference as the town's energy conservation code, subject to the amendments contained herein.
