§ 3-2. Livestock at large.

It shall be unlawful for any person owning or have control over any horse, mule, donkey, cow, bull, steer, hog, sheep, goat or any other livestock, including fowl, to permit the same to be at large or to be unattended on any public property or on the property of another without consent of such person.
