§ 15-124. Penalties.

Latest version.

Any person, whether principal, agent, employee or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of the Town of Bayfield Infrastructure Design Standards and/or Town of Bayfield Construction Specifications shall be subject to the general penalties as set forth in section 1-5 of this Code.
