§ 15-88. Regulations.

The following regulations shall apply to the time and date for use of treated water for irrigation, car washing, driveway washing and other similar outdoor use of water during the irrigation season:
(1)

Permissible irrigation hours shall be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

(2)

In order to stagger the demand on the town's water delivery system during the irrigation season, watering shall be restricted to every other day in accordance with the following procedure:

a.

Properties assigned an address with an even number may water during the permissible irrigation hours on days of the calendar ending with an even digit.

b.

Properties assigned an address with an odd number may water during the permissible irrigation hours on days of the calendar ending with an odd digit.
