Chapter 12. SOLID WASTE

§ 12-4. License.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to collect refuse without having first secured from the board of trustees a license to perform such service. Such license shall be granted only to persons providing refuse collection service in compliance with rules and regulations concerning the type of equipment and other conduct which the board has the power to prescribe.
